ACADEMICS & ATHLETICS CONSULTING (AAC)

“Education and Genuine Care for today’s student-athletes is the centerpiece of my life’s work. A “College Education” both in and out of the classroom, distance, e-learning or hybrid options are a truly rewarding benefit”.

In today’s unprecedented times due to both COVID-19 and racism in all its forms, more than 7.8 million student-athletes (SA’s) in the 19,235 high schools across the country will be under enormous scrutiny, pressure, and dealing with their health, safety, and well-being, social justice, NCAA” academic requirements and initial eligibility legislation, and recruiting process.  AAC understands the challenges and responsibilities of being a “SA” and will help “SA’s” accordingly on how to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, social injustice, academic, athletic, and recruiting expectations, pitfalls of social media with Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, peer and social pressure on campus, time management, self-discipline, self-motivation, and making good decisions. The recruiting process for athletics falls under these same guidelines.

“Educating, Empowering, and Mentoring Tomorrow’s Collegiate Athletic Leaders During These Unprecedented Times Dealing with COVID-19 Pandemic & Social Injustice Across the Country”

OUR MISSION

Given the unprecedented events our student-athletes are facing to due COVID-19, AAC will provide clarity and make sure the health and safety of all student-athletes is the number #1 priority during the 2020-21 academic year.  We will work hard to make sure SA’s are successful academically, athletically, socially, and spiritually. In addition, AAC will provide valuable expertise and identify adjustments for SA’s, parents, guardians, coaches, administrators, and counselors dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, social injustice, and navigating the numerous NCAA academic changes & initial eligibility legislation, the balance between academics & athletics in college, how unique & valuable these experiences are for student-athletes, and how they go hand in hand.

HOW AAC HELPS

“The Covid-19 Pandemic and Racial Unrest” across the country has changed athletics on “ALL” levels and it’s very important for student-athletes and parents/guardians to be “EDUCATED & INFORMED” about what’s going on…The NCAA Division I & II eligibility requirements & recruiting processes have changed and the time is NOW to understand the importance of academics, recruiting, social justice, mental health, and dealing with the “NEW NORMAL”!
